I am thrilled to announce the official launch of my book ‘Ciara’s Catch’ cookbook! I cannot tell you how excited I am about this!

This has been such a labour of love for me! Love of fish, love of food and love of Shines! My mum, my dad and I have poured our hearts into it and all worked so hard together to bring you this cookbook – along with lots of other cooks and chefs and foodie folk!

Great recipes
In the book, I share some of our own family recipes as well as ones from past and present Shines Seafood brand ambassadors and other Irish seafood producers. And it’s not just a cookbook! It has lots of other stuff too!

I show you how easily fish dishes can be made with a few jars or tins of the wild, natural protein source in your pantry – not to mention how tasty our tuna, mackerel and sardines are!

The ‘Ciara’s Catch Cookbook’ has 14 of my very own dishes alongside 35 very special features, guest recipes from chefs, brand ambassadors, influencers and friends from all over the country.

Amazing contributors
We are all so so proud of this book and we are absolutely delighted to be able to bring it directly to you via our webshop. We love what we do and we love cooking; we know you do too so we hope you will get lots of use out of it. That’s what it’s for!

And I have so many people to thank who helped me put this together – apart obviously from Marianne and John. I will be thanking all those people and talking about them lots over the coming weeks.

For now, I want to thank Mum, Dad and all my family, all the AMAZING CONTRIBUTORS and, of course, you! We do what we do for you and we love interacting with you. So, in many ways, this book is dedicated to all Shines customers!
