Are your products Wild or Farmed?
Our entire range of seafood products are always wild, never farmed.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship products to Ireland and Northern Ireland, and also to mainland Europe. Currently, due to Brexit, our shipping service to the UK is suspended (other than to Northern Ireland)
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs in Ireland is €7.45, €8.00 to Northern Ireland. Orders to Ireland and Northern Ireland over €60 qualify for free delivery.
EU order pricing is calculated at the checkout and is dependent on delivery location and weight.
When can I expect my order?
We aim to process all orders on the day that they are placed. Most orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order.
For deliveries to Europe, we provide an estimated delivery time based on our courier’s timings.
Why is it compulsory to give my contact number and Eir Code?
All our orders are shipped with DPD. Your delivery driver needs as much information about your order as possible to ensure they can deliver your parcel quickly and contact you directly if there are any issues.
My order arrived damaged – what do I do now?
Should your order arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us on catchus@shinesseafood.ie with your order number, a photo of the damage and any other relevant details. We aim to process all emails in 1-3 business days.
