I ordered this for my cats. Cat food doesnt have the right amount of Omega-3 if any (its usually only omega-6) and aside from cats never drinking enough water its no wonder kidney disease is so prevalent in felines. After a ton of research and discussion with our vet, we needed tinned sardines in springwater with reduced salt, but no supermarkets or any shop in Ireland carried anything like that. Then I discovered Shines Seafood and holy smokes what a moment when I saw they had what I needed. I ordered the multi-pack because we have 9 cats. They arrived super fast and the email communication during packing and delivery was brilliant. When they arrived, I opened the box and was delighted to find a gorgeous and high quality monogramed bag inside 😍 but it gets better, I opened a tin to serve one sardine per cat (its one sardine 3x a week per cat for optimal kidney health) and I kid you not but I've never seen a sardine of this calibre before. Who remembers having a roast where the meat is cooked to utter perfection and falls off the bone, well tis the same experience as these sardines. I can only describe these sardines as voluptuous and so tender, it blew my mind. I can never go back to a rigid, stiff and tasteless sardine from Tesco or Dunnes own brand ever again. My cats licked their plates clean. If you want 'caviar quality' so high that one would almost expect to see diamonds or pearls festooned per can, then Shines Seafood ✨️ is the only brand that should be in your cupboard. I know Shines do other products as well, which I intend to try out for myself as life is way too short not to have a foodie guilty pleasure and often. Sardines and Mackerel in mineral water tasted better than with salt/oils/tomato sauce. I wish there was better discount for buying in bulk directly from Shines.
Absolutely impressed with the 12 BOX Shines Sardines in Spring Water - 106g! The quality is excellent, the taste is fresh and delicious, and the sardines are nice and soft. Perfect texture, not too salty, and great on toast or salads. Definitely one of the best sardines I’ve tried — highly recommended!

Super quality, Superfood!
I struggle with having to eat sardines but i NEED to from a health perspective. These Shines sardines in spring water are so easy to eat. I have tried many brands and am so happy with Shines. They are by far the best on the market
