Owned and run by Daddy Daughter Duo, Ciara and John Shine this successful seafood business invites visitors for an educational experience in Irish seafood. With the largest port in Ireland on our door step and Irish waters providing an abundance of fresh Irish fish daily, this experience takes visitors into the heart of life in Killybegs and tells us all about the wonderful fruits of the Irish Sea that surrounds our stunning island.

Here at Shines, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. In light of this we have tried to make our cancellation policy as user-friendly and fair as possible. If you need to cancel a booking, please try your best to do so 48 hours before your booked time slot. This will allow us to re advertise the slot and give someone else the opportunity to visit us.

• Cancellation 48 hours prior will give you a 100% refund.
• If you have to cancel 24 hours before your time slot, we will give you a 50% refund.
• Cancellations after this time cannot be guaranteed a refund. Should you need to cancel 24 hours or less before your booked time slot then you must contact us directly by phone.
• No shows will not receive a refund.
