One day, Ciara Shine had a conversation with her parents about a tuna product that they had tasted in the Basque Country many years ago.
She asked her father, ‘Why can’t we get that tuna in Ireland?’
The answer to that question led them to establish Shines Seafood in 2015. Thousands of miles and lots of hard work later, Ciara’s family business has developed range of premium Irish tuna, Irish sardines and mackerel products. In Ciara’s Catch, Ciara shares her own recipes as well as ones from past and present Shines Seafood brand ambassadors and other Irish seafood producers.
Ciara will show you how easily fish dishes can be made with a few jars or tins of this wild, natural protein source in your pantry, not to mention how tasty they are too!
