Simple ingredients. Exceptional flavour. This refreshing Ventresca Tuna Salad combines seasonal produce with our premium tuna fillet, prized for its rich, buttery texture. Nourishing and effortless to prepare, it's the perfect dish for light lunches and al fresco dining.

INGREDIENTS

2 x 111g tins of Shines Ventresca Tuna, drained
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 baby beetroot, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 celery stick, diced
1 spring onion, diced
½ red apple, diced
A handful of rocket

FOR THE DRESSING

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
Achill Island sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

METHOD
1. Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss together.

2. Whisk the oil and mustard together for the dressing, then season with salt and pepper.

3. Pour the dressing over the salad in the bowl and toss to combine and coat.

4. Divide the salad between two plates to serve.
