Darragh Shine’s Irish Tuna and Pasta

You Will Need:
Shines Wild Irish Tuna in Olive OilYou Will Also Need:
Pasta typically Penne or Baby Linguine. But any pasta will work.
Capers
Anchovies
Cherry tomatoes
Chillies (flakes or fresh)
Olive oil (from Tuna container)
Method:
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, fry the other ingredients together in the olive oil from the tuna. Then add the tuna to warm through. Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish then pour the warmed tuna mixture over the top. Perfect and healthy!
